8 -STEP PROCESS

Protect Property, Flooring and Furnishings
Furniture will be moved to the center of the room, and flooring, walls, furniture and fixtures will be covered with clean, new plastic sheeting. Specifically, each room will be completely encapsulated in plastic sheeting to protect your home.

Popcorn Ceiling Removal
Our experienced crews will mist the ceiling with water to soften the texture and begin to carefully scrape off the old popcorn texture with a flat wide blade.

Repair and Float the Sheetrock
In order to guarantee a smooth finish we will repair tape and bed, float seams, and imperfections, and perform any necessary repairs at this time.

New, Updated Texture
We’ll now apply an updated texture, typically either a heavy “orange peel” or a “knock down” texture.

Priming
Apply a primer such as Zinsser’s Bullseye™ 123, Kilz or one the many Sherwin-William’s primers designed to seal out odors and stains.

Beautiful Application
Our neat and careful painters will apply a fresh coat of paint by brush, roll and spray depending on the demands of the painting project.

Clean Up
Our painters will thoroughly clean up once the project is complete removing all of the debris, vacuuming and replacing furniture.

Once the project is finished a supervisor will inspect and review the project with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
